Companion Dog Show. 18 classes including 2 for Companion Dog Club members - the show is in aid of TIA Greyhound and Lurcher Rescue who do a fantastic job rescuing and rehoming (where possible) unwanted greyhounds and lurchers, many ex-racers are simply dumped when they stop winning.  Judging is at 12.30pm with entries being taken from 11am.  The novelty classes include best veteran, best rescue, best trick, fancy dress etc and there are two tier rosettes up to fifth place.  The full schedule is available on www.todshow.org along with details of how to obtain pre-day show tickets at a reduced price.  The main show is a good day out with lots to see.

In 2006 the Bowood Charity Dog Show and Summer Fair (http://www.bowood-house.co.uk/dog_show.html) was established to raise much needed funds for charities that were in need of financial help.This year will be the fifth year of the event; over the last four years, the show has raised almost £100,000

This years show is in aid of MacMillan Cancer Support

One of the important parts of the day is the Dog Show, comprising family and fun classes, with companion classes for pedigree dogs, all being held under Kennel Club rules. Pedigree and fun classes both start at 11am. Each entry costs £2. Dog Show Secretaries please note.

Tickets are priced at Adults £7, Children 15 and under £3 and children under 2 are free They can be purchased in advance from www.wegottickets.com/f/1671  or can be bought on the day. Please note Family tickets are not available after 28th May.

For the third year running Brent Lodge Bird & Wildlife Trust are proud to be teaming up with Trophy Pet Foods (Hampshire) & Dial A Dog Wash (West Sussex).

This year, on Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd August between 10am & 5pm, we will be holding bigger fun events for all. There will be Fun Agility; Fun Dog Shows; Displays; Games; Stands; Children's Entertainment and lots more for all the family to enjoy.
