The Knighton Hotel, in the heart of the town, is a 16th Century weather boarded Coaching Inn with an adjoining stone built Manor House dating from about 1840. Extensive work has been undertaken to expose and restore many of the original features of the property including the 16th Century beams in the Norton Hall and the magnificent galleried staircase leading from the foyer to the bedrooms and assembly suites. The Lounge and Public Bars provide a good selection of traditional beers, wines and spirits together with a varied and impressive choice of bar snacks. There is also a restaurant and a separate Steak bar.
